5 Anti-Aging Supplements You Might Already Have on Hand

Polypodium Leucotomos Extract (PLE)

This is because glucosamine is a building block for hyaluronic acid (HA), which plumps up skin.  

Coenzyme Q10
This will help protect against wrinkles. It is a nutrient that can help contribute to the overall look and health of the skin. In one trial, adults who took oral coenzyme Q10  reported lower wrinkle area, volume, and depth after two weeks.
